(1)O/S re-installationsare free of charge and they usually take up to1-24 hours. In rare cases, they may even take more during heavy workload. If you need them faster, you may ship your own KVM device (that we can host for you, free of charge!) and perform them yourself.(重装系统是免费的,但是通常需要1-24 个小时,但是如果在工单繁重的情况下,需要排队等待,意思就是有可能在忙时会超过时间也未可知)
(2) Reboots are also free of charge, they are usually done within a few minutes but sometimes may take more for the same reason. If you also need them faster, you may ship your own reboot port (that we can host for you, again free of charge!) and perform them.(重启也是免费的,通常需要10分钟,但是如果在少数工单繁重的情况下,需要排队等待,意思就是有可能在忙时会超过10分钟)
(3) We do not provide phone support for technical support, neither we ever claimed we do. Our support is provided through this helpdesk. If you’re looking for phone support, we may provide it in future but not at the moment.(我们不提供电话连线的技术支持,无论是我们任何时候,我们的售后是通过工单反馈系统。
